How can I change my booking and/or book extra packages and services?

Some special services and packages can not yet be booked via internet. You can book these services and packages by contacting the Customer Contact Center on 0031 (0)10 498 97 54.

If you wish to make changes to a booking after it has been made, Center Parcs is not obliged to accept these changes. Center Parcs itself decides whether, and to what degree, these changes will be accepted. For each change to a previously arranged booking up to a maximum of 4 weeks prior to arrival, a charge of ¤49,50 in amendment costs will be made. These costs will not be charged if you make an additional booking for a more expensive period or villa, or switch to a more expensive period or villa. In principle, changes made later than 4 weeks prior to arrival are not allowed. In the case of a change to a less expensive period or villa, or a partial or total cancellation made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, the total amount of the original hire price will be charged. If you have booked more than one villa and you wish to reduce this number, the annulment conditions as specified under point 11 in the General Terms and Conditions apply.

What arrival times and holiday durations are available?

Holidays at Center Parcs have the following durations:
- Midweek: Monday afternoon 15:00 up to Friday morning 10:00;
- Week: Monday or Friday afternoon 15:00 up to Monday or Friday morning 10:00;
- Weekend: Friday afternoon 15:00 up to Monday morning 10:00.

You can mostly use the facilities (such as the swimming pool) as from 10:00 on the day of your arrival. Also on the day of your departure the facilities will remain available all day long.

During some periods the holiday can also start during the weekend or on a Tuesday, such as Easter.

Why can I not book a stay longer than a week through the internet?

As a result of the structure of our website it is, for the time being, not possible to book a stay longer than a week. We are working on adding this function. Up to then you can book your holidays longer than a week through our Customer Contact Center available at number 0900 - 660 660 0 (50cpm).

I can indicate extras at the booking. What does this mean?

You can indicate various extras when you book, such as a preferred location, food arrangements or special services regarding the decoration of your cottage. In this way you can design your holiday to meet your own taste and preferences.

Why is the village or type of cottage I want to book not displayed?

This could happen if there are no cottages available at the date you selected or if the type of cottage you desire is not available at the village of your choice. In these instances the website of Center Parcs will offer a suitable alternative.

How do I book a promotion or offer online?

After you selected your desired stay, at step 3 (provided you meet the conditions of the promotion) you can select a promotion or offer. The thereto pertaining benefits will be visible on the booking overview. Permanent discounts (such as the Kids Discount and the Seniors Discount) are always visible. Personal benefits (such as for Friends) will only be visible if you are logged in.

How can I cancel my booking and what are the consequences?

It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance, which provides coverage against the costsof cancelling the villa* (see article 11 of the General Terms and Conditions on page 98) if your one of your companions:
a) are suddenly taken ill or are injured in an accident;
b) suffer a bereavement in your immediate family, suc as the death of a spouse, partner, parent, parent-in=law, child, brother or sister;
c) suffer serious damage to your property as result of criminal activity by a third party, fire or natural disaster;
d) are offered employment on short notice for an unspecified period and for at least 20 hours per week , following a period unemployment, and your new employer will not accept your absence during th eperiod booked;
e) become involuntarily unemployed ( and are your faily's main income provider)

Reasons for the cancellation should be reported to your booking office immediately, or within a maximum of five days of the event.

If you call before you arrive, the booking will be cancelled immediately upon completion of the call. Reistatement of the booking will no longer be possible. if your stay is cut short by one of the events described above, you should report this at the village reception. Unused extras (e.g. bed linen packs, insurance, etc.) will not be refunded. Cancellation is only possible per villa and not per person. It is possible to book cancellation insurance while making your reservation and up to a maximum of one day therafter. Once the insurance premium has been paid, cancellation insurance provides coverage until the end of your stay.

Premium per villa*:
Per weekend/midweek ¤ 17.00
Per week ¤ 23.50
(excl. administration costs ¤ 1.75 en 7% insurance tax, applicable to both the premium and the administration costs).

To qualify for a cancellation insurance payment, you must complete a cancellation statement form and provide proof of your reasons.

In cases of cancellation, the following items will not be refunded:
a) cancellation insurance premium;
b) own risk of ¤ 32.00
c) insurance tax of 7% (applicable to both the premium and the administration costs)

Can I conclude a traval insurance via Center Parcs?

No, Center Parcs does not offer a travel insurance.
