A down payment of 25% of the total price, with a minimum of 150 euros, must be paid when booking.
If the total amount is less than or equal to 150 euros, it has to be paid when booking.
The balance must be paid at the latest 6 weeks before the arrival day, if the total amount isn't already paid when booking.
If you book less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total amount must be paid when booking.
Payment per national or international credit card, American Express, cheques, holidays cheques, postal order, Center Parcs Gift Voucher.
CANCELLATION :
It refunds the subscriptor the amount of the stay when the cancellation arrives between the date of the booking and the envisaged arrival on the village date, and for event unknown at booking.
Refund whithout excess in case of :
Serious illness, accident, death of the subscriptor or a member of his family wife, husband, chid, parents), or a person sharing the villa (included a relapse or the aggravation of a previous illness).
Refund with excess of 10% in case of :
Clear and unforeseeable complication of pregnancy.
Serious illness, accident, death of the subscriptor's member family (nephew, niece, uncle, aunt...).
Lay-off of the subscriptor, or wife or husband.
LUGGAGE:
Loss, theft, or deterioration of luggage.
PERSONAL LIABILITY:
Holiday and life in other countries. Sport.
ASSISTANCE:
In the event of disease or wound. In the event of death. Assistance travels. Technical aid.
If you have not taken out the cancellation insurance, you may postpone your stay if the request is made than 6 weeks before the arrival date.
Change fees will be charged with 75 ¤.
If you have taken the cancellation insurance, you can refer to the conditions of the insurance.
Whithout insurance, in case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival date, you will be charged 25% of holliday cost with a mimimun 150¤, as cancellation fees.
In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival date, you will be charged 100% of holliday cost as cancellation fees.
