Why don't I receive confirmation or an invoice by post?

To view your reservation information and your invoice, log in to "My Center Parcs". You can also print this information. You will not receive a confirmation and an invoice by mail, since you have made your reservation through our website or our Customer Contact Centre.

How can I view the details of my reservation?

You can view your reservation details and invoice by logging on to My Center Parcs.

Which document do I need to check in at the park?

Your e-ticket allows you to check in more quickly. Your e-ticket is your electronic confirmation that you can print off at home. Your e-ticket is available as soon as you
1) have paid for your holiday in full and
2) have filled in the details about my travel companions
If you do not have an e-ticket, you can print out your reservation details.

Why do I register the details of my travel companions?

Center Parcs is obliged by law to register the information about all your travel companions who are staying at the park. By registering the information of your travel companions before you arrive, you benefit from a quick check-in with your e-ticket.

Where can I find the directions to the park?

On My Center Parcs under the heading "My booking". You can also look at the park you want via the regular site (www.centerparcs.com).

How can I fill in my night registration form?

You can do this on My Center Parcs, via "Travel companions details".

For an overview of your outstanding payments and payments you have already made, log on to My Center Parcs. You can see the total invoice amount as well as the payment status of your invoice under the heading "My booking".

What benefits does the e-ticket give me?

Your e-ticket shortens your check-in time so that you can start enjoying your holiday sooner.

How do I qualify for an e-ticket?

You can print off an e-ticket if you have filled in all the details of your travel companions and made all the payments. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your e-ticket becomes available. You can print off your e-ticket by logging on to My Center Parcs.

What time can I access my villa when I arrive and when do I have to vacate it on the day I depart?
