Young Family Discount (YFD)
15% Discount on the villa rent for young families with at least one child aged five years, or younger. Offer can be combined with the Early Bird Discount.

Terms and conditions for Young Families, Kids and 55+ Discount

YFD, KD and 55+ are dependent upon availability and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers (except Early Bird Discount).
- YFD, KD and 55+ are available for all villages in Holland, Belgium and Germany, and for all types of villa, except: the 4-person VIP villas in Port Zélande and Park Hochsauerland; the 6-person VIP villas and 8-person De Luxe villas in Park Hochsauerland; and the 10- and 12-person villas in all villages.
- YFD, KD and 55+ are available for most arrival dates, apart from certain holiday periods.
- The offers will be automatically listed during the booking process if they are valid in the selected village and the related arrival date.
- YFD, KD and 55+ cannot be applied to pre-existing bookings.
- Combinations of YFD, KD and 55+ are not permitted.
Terms and conditions applicable to all discounts

Adjustments to bookings that include Early Bird Discount and/or YFD, KD or 55+ are free of charge, provided they are made a minimum of four weeks prior to arrival. In all other cases, the General Terms and Conditions apply.
- The aforementioned discounts may change during the period covered by the brochure. You will be informed of the actual price/discounts while booking. The price stated on the booking confirmation/invoice is binding.
- The aforementioned discounts do not apply to bookings made through Center Parcs Meetings & Events.
