  • Find the arrival date, village and accommodation of your choice by means of search and book.
  • The Early Booking discount will be processed automatically.
  • For the Young Family discount, Kids discount and 55+ discount you select the desired discount in step 3 of the booking process.

Terms and conditions for Early Bird Discount, Young Family Discount, Kids Discount and 55+ Discount

Early Booking discount

  • Early Booking discount is subject to availability and does not apply in combination with other discounts and/or offers (with the exception of YFD, KD and 55+)
  • Early Booking discount applies to all villages in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France, for all villa types and all arrival dates, with the exception of Eden villas and Houseboats on the following arrival dates: Weekend stays - 2 April, 24 and 30 December; Midweek stays - 5, 12, 19 and 26 July, 2, 9, 16 and 23 August, 20 and 27 December; Week stays - 2 April, 20, 24, 27 and 30 December. Early Booking discount does not apply for Treehouses. .

Young Family Discount, Kids Discount and 55+ Discount

  • YFD, KD and 55+ applies to all villages in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Les Trois Forêts and for all villa types with the exception of Eden villas, Houseboats and Treehouses, the 2-person VIP villas in Het Meerdal, the 4-person VIP villas in Port Zélande and Park Hochsauerland, the 6-person VIP villas in Port Zélande, Park Hochsauerland and Bispinger Heide, the 8-person Comfort villas in Erperheide, the 8-person Premium villas in Park Hochsauerland and the 10-, 12- and 16-person villas.
  • YFD, KD and 55+ applies to the arrival dates listed on the price listing pages of this brochure.
  • YFD, KD and 55+ may not be combined.
  • YFD, KD and 55+ are not applicable in combination with other discounts and/or offers (with the exception of Early Booking discount) and are subject to availability.
  • Within two months prior to arrival, only a limited number of YFD, KD and 55+ villas are available

Applicable to all discounts

  • If you make use of Early Booking discount and/or YFD, KD and 55+, you are permitted to change your booking free of charge up to a maximum of four weeks prior to your arrival. In all other cases, the General Terms and Conditions apply (see "Amendment costs").
  • The aforementioned discounts are subject to change during the period covered by the price listings. You will be informed of the actual prices/ discounts during the booking process. The price stated on the confi rmation/invoice is binding.
  • Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions,
    the General Terms and Conditions apply.
  • The aforementioned discounts do not apply to bookings made in connection with Center Parcs Business Solutions.
