Prinsengracht, Keizersgracht, Herengracht. The canals of Amsterdam are world-famous and from Marina De Eemhof you can sail there within two to three hours. A fantastic experience!

In the marina you can rent the sloops without a sailing boat licence or permit. So once you're on board, just untie the ropes and get sailing. You can take lunch on the way, with tasty sandwiches and hot coffee (or a cool refreshing rosé) from your picnic basket.

Of course a shorter trip is possible too. The attractive historical centre of Amersfoort is close by, and the picturesque village of Spakenburg with its long history of fishing is just around the corner. Who wants to take the wheel?
