How can I register or log in?

Center Parcs has a separate environment for existing customers. It is possible for you to find out about the parks beforehand, book extra services, register your travelling companions and print out a digital ticket.

Registration:

  • Go via the sub menu ‘My Center Parcs’ on the front page to the registration page.
  • If you are already an existing customer, please use your customer number, booking number or the date of your last visit to Center Parcs.
  • If you have not booked at Center Parcs before, register while booking.


Sometimes, the website does not recognize you during registration. This can happen if (the spelling) of your surname does not correspond with our customer database. In this case, you can contact our Customer Contact Center at +31 10 498 97 54.

Logging on:
  • Go via the menu ‘My Center Parcs’ to the inlog page.
  • Fill in your user name and password.


When logged in, you will receive, amongst other things, a survey of your current booking.

What happens with my personal information?

Center Parcs makes sure that your personal information will remain strictly confidential. The privacy of sensitive information is optimally guaranteed by sending all information over the internet in a secured manner. Why do I need to register?

Registering ensures optimum protection of your safety and privacy. Moreover, you will then have access to 'My Center Parcs'. In this way, you can plan your holiday quickly and simply. Your registration ensures that Center Parcs can directly see if you are entitled to certain offers. You can then directly select this offer. This offer cannot be specified if you do not register.

How can I stop getting information per e-mail and/or ordinary mail?

  • For e-mail: At the bottom of each e-mail from Center Parcs, there is information about cancelling this service.
  • For ordinary mail: you can send the physical document back.
  • For both possibilities you can cancel the service via the contact form. Don't forget to mention your client number.

How can I communicate a different e-mail address?

  • After you logged in on the website you can change your e-mail address at your personal information.
  • You can change your e-mail address by telephone through our Customer Contact Center.

I forgot my password. How can I find out what it is?

Go to "My Center Parcs". Below the field in which you can enter your user name, you will see the text "Forgot your password?". By clicking on this text and filling in your e-mail address, your password will be sent to you.
