Terms and conditions for Early Bird Discount, Young Family Discount, Kids Discount and 55+ Discount
Early Bird Discount

Early Bird Discount discount is dependent upon availability and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers (except Young Family Discount, Kids Discount and 55+ Discount).
- The Early Bird Discount is available for all of our villages in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany - for all types of villa and all arrival dates, including the holiday season.
Young Family Discount, Kids Discount and 55+ Discount
- Young Family Discount, Kids Discount and 55+ Discount are dependent upon availability and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers (except Early Bird Discount).
- Young Family Discount, Kids Discount and 55+ Discount are available for all villages in Holland, Belgium and Germany, and for all types of villa, except: the Eden villas, the house boats, the 4-person VIP villas in Port Zélande and Park Hochsauerland; the 6-person VIP villas in Port Zélande and the 8-person De Luxe villas in Park Hochsauerland; and the 10- and 12-person villas in all villages.
- Young Family Discount, Kids Discount and 55+ Discount are only available on selected dates. Please check price listings for dates price listings
- Combinations of Young Family Discount, Kids Discount and 55+ Discount are not permitted.
Applicable to all discounts
- Adjustments to bookings that include Early Bird Discount and/or Young Family Discount, Kids Discount or 55+ Discount are free of charge, provided they are made a minimum of four weeks prior to arrival. In all other cases, the General Terms and Conditions apply (see "Amendment costs").
- The aforementioned discounts may change during the period covered by the brochure. You will be informed of the actual price/discounts while booking. The price stated on the booking confirmation/invoice is binding.
- Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions,
the General Terms and Conditions apply.
- Young Family Discount, Kids Discount and 55+ Discount cannot be applied to pre-existing bookings.
- The aforementioned discounts do not apply to bookings made through Center Parcs Meetings & Events.
