A Friend is a loyal guest who has enjoyed a Center Parcs holiday at least three times within 36 months.
- How do I become a Friend?
No action is needed on your part to become a Friend. If you have booked three holidays with Center Parcs within 36 months, you can enjoy numerous benefits at your third holiday.
- How can I remain a Friend?
If you make sure that you book at least three holidays at one of our Center Parcs parks every 36 months, you will remain a Friend. Please note that this does not apply to P&V Resorts or parks.
- What is the special Friends telephone number?
Friends can call us free of charge on our special Friends telephone number. You will find this number in our correspondence (e.g. emails, special offers, invoices).
- I’ve been staying at Center Parcs for years now, but I’m not a Friend.
In that case, you were probably not the person booking the holidays. The Friends status is conferred on the person in whose name the holidays are booked. Friends benefits do not extend to co-residents (guests joining the person booking the holiday).
- Which parks make use of the Friends programme?
Friends benefits apply to holidays booked in parks in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
- Will I get more friends benefits if I book multiple cottages?
Friends benefits are allocated per cottage. Therefore, if you book two cottages you will, for example, receive two welcoming gifts.Book a holiday online as a Friend:
- How do I book a holiday as a Friend?
You can book your holiday directly online. Simply call the free Friends booking line to book a holiday or if you have any questions. Please remember to let us know when making your reservation if you wish to make use of our Early Check-in or free extra children’s furniture services.
- I am booking my holiday online, but can’t see if I’m getting any Friends benefits.
If you are a Friend of Center Parcs, your Friends benefits will be allocated automatically upon booking your holiday, as soon as you have logged in to My Center Parcs
. If your friends benefits are not visible in the overview, you are probably not logged in. You can log in via “My Center Parcs” at the top right of your screen. If you still cannot see “Friends benefits upon arrival”
in your overview, please contact us through the special telephone number of the Friends booking line.
- How can I apply for Early Check-in?
Simply let us know that you wish to make use of this option when booking your holiday (by telephone or online). Online:
Log in to your Friends account to enable the system to recognise you as a Friend. Once you are logged in you will be able to select Early Check‐in from 13:00 onwards.
