Center Parcs Park Allgäu

New Center Parcs holiday park in Southern Germany

In October 2016, ground was broken on the project. Center Parcs Allgäu is planned to open at the end of 2018, making it the sixth Center Parcs holiday park in Germany. Find out everything about the holiday village of tomorrow.

One of Germany's favourite holiday destinations

Park Allgäu
Center Parcs has managed to land a project in one of Germany's favourite holiday regions for its new holiday park – the Allgäu. As a consequence, there was really only one name for the park: Park Allgäu! A luxurious and innovative holiday paradise for families with children or for active couples is being developed on a 184-hectare plot of land close to the town of Leutkirch, right on the border between Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. It unites exciting tourist activities with sustainable nature tourism in one of Germany's most beautiful regions – barely an hour away by car: Oberstdorf at the foot of the Alps, and the world-famous Schloss Neuschwanstein!

Park Centre with tropical bathing paradise

Park Allgäu
In the Market Dome, the weather-independent centre at the large holiday resort, covering an area of 20,500 m2, you can do more than just go for a stroll or have a feast in one of the many restaurants. Taking up one third of the Market Dome's size, the new Aqua Mundo is a state-of-the-art tropical bathing paradise with a wave pool, snorkel pool, water playground, slides and the Rapid River, promising water-based fun not just in summer, but all year round. If you're looking for relaxation, you're sure to get your money's worth in the 2,500 m2 Spa & Country Club in a particularly relaxing part of the holiday park.

Holiday homes with local character

Park Allgäu

You can make yourselves at home in one of the holiday homes with different levels of comfort. You won't find holiday apartments in Park Allgäu — the architecture of the holiday homes emphasises the local Allgäu style. This results in a modern look which aesthetically suits the region. There will be a total of 15 different types of holiday home in the park. All of them will feature a private outdoor terrace and high-quality facilities with carefully-selected furniture.

Bookings for Park Allgäu should be available starting in early 2018, with arrivals starting at the end of 2018. A more precise site plan of the holiday park with all accommodation will be available in 2018.
