Preparing my stay
1. On which days can I arrive?
You can arrive on any day of the week with stays from 2 to 7 nights, with the exception of Sunday. The school holiday periods have more limited arrival possibilities. You can find all possibilities in the booking tool.
2. What does the number of Birdies tell you about your holiday?
At each of our parks at Center Parcs you'll experience a unique holiday experience, come rain or shine. Fully equipped cottages in the most beautiful nature, the unique Aqua Mundo tropical swimming paradise and many activities inside and outside. Nevertheless, each park is different in surface, offer in activities and facilities. The number of 'Birdies' is your indicator in these differences.
A Friend is a loyal guest who has enjoyed a Center Parcs holiday at least three times within 36 months. No action is needed on your part to become a Friend. If you have booked three holidays with us within 36 months, you can enjoy numerous benefits when you book your third holiday.
4. Which services and activities are included in the rental price of the cottage?
The following items are included within the rental price of each accomodation:
• water consumption • gas and electricity • access to Aqua Mundo (excluding the sauna and Turkish steam bath, hydro jet, quick tanning facility and Flow Rider sun bed) • VAT is charged in accordance with the guidelines and VAT administration requirements of the destination country • final cleaning • unlimited access to the Baluba (indoor playground).
At Villages Nature® Paris the reservation of your cottage includes the following: - unlimited access to our 5 worlds (subject to the maximum capacity permitted): Aqualagon, BelleVie Farm, Forest of Legends, Extraordinary Gardens and Lakeside Promenade, together with a multitude of entertainment and sports activities in close contact with nature - making of your beds on arrival, provision of hand-towels, and cleaning of the accommodation at the end of your stay - Wi-Fi throughout the site
For a personalised stay, it is possible to add additional services, such as bike rental or the purchase of a ticket to visit the Disney® parks.
At Villages Nature® Paris, our prices include all national taxes and cover the rental of a fully equipped apartment or cottage, including utilities (water, electricity and heating), but excluding an administration charge, a tourist tax, and possibly an insurance premium (payable when reserving).
5. How can I book activities?
At Center Parcs you can find more than 60 activities, this is what makes the difference! Swimming in the subtropical Aqua Mundo, Kids activities for all ages, Eat & Drink at our restaurants, Shopping in the Market Dome and the many Sport & fun activities.
When booking on the website, you can already add services and arrangements to your booking. After booking, you can book your activities and services at any time directly from your personal space MyCenterParcs or the app Planet Center Parcs

At Villages Nature® Paris, the planning of your activities, when available, can be conducted via your personal “My Villages Nature"-account or via the application Villages Nature® Paris.
6. Where can I find the village map?
Click on the village of your choice and click on 'map of the park' under the top picture. On our website centerparcs.com, under "Direction & map" of the park page, you can access to the detailed map of the park and information how to get to there.
You can also access to those information on your personal space MyCenterParcs or via your mobile app Planet Center Pars or Villages Nature® Paris.
7. Can I bring my pet?
A maximum of two domestic animals is permitted per villa*. As this requires additional cleaning work, an additional charge of € 16.50 per weekend or midweek and € 24.50 per week is included. There is no extra charge for domestic animals kept in cages. Animals must be reported to the village upon reservation and upon arrival. Animals are not permitted in central facilities, hotels, hotel apartments and certain types of villas. Ensure that your animals are free of vermin. It is required that dogs be kept on leashes outside of villas. Tariffs for our parks in France are different from those stated above. These rates can be provided upon request when making a reservation.
At Villages Nature® Paris, you can also come with your cat or your dog (maximum of 1 animal per accomodation), on presentation of an anti-rabies certificate and payment of a fixed charge during the reservation.
8. Can we visit the park for a day only, without booking an accomodation?
You can contact the village where you want to go swimming. You can find the contact information per village when you click on 'directions and map'.
At Villages Nature® Paris, it is also possible to reserve a day ticket on the website or by telephone on +33 17 649 78 12 (price of an international call - FR)
The day ticket includes unlimited access to the 5 recreational worlds and a selection of included activities.

9. How can I book an accomodation for people with reduced mobility?
We believe that it is vital that our parks are easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. Not only the central facilities (Market Dome, Aqua Mundo) have been adapted for people with reduced mobility, but also in our wheelchair-friendly cottages, extra attention and care has been paid to accessibility and the layout/furnishings have been adapted.
We have cottages for people with reduced mobility in the following parks:

At Villages Nature® Paris, we have paid particular attention to ensuring accessibility and the adaptation of the layout of our apartments and cottages for persons with reduced mobility. Specially adapted accommodation is available at the site. We invite you to contact our sales advisers to reserve the accommodation that will be best suited to your needs.
10. Can I receive a brochure?
We no longer carry English brochures.
11. Can I buy tickets for Disneyland® ?
For stays of 2 nights and more, you can book your tickets for Disneyland® parks at the same time that your accommodation in the “Optional” booking step in the Excursions section of “ Options – Activities “.
Tickets for Disneyland® parks are also sold directly on site at the Welcome House.

Booking and paying
1. Do I need to pay reservation costs?
Reservation costs are calculated at 29,50 € per booking.
2. Do I have to pay the full booking amount when I'm making the booking?
a) With reservation amounts totalling more than € 150.00, a deposit of 30% is required, with a minimum amount of € 150.00. The remainder of the reservation amount is due at least 12 weeks prior to the start of the stay at Center Parcs.
b) Reserve amounts up to € 150.00 must be paid immediately and in full.
c) For reservations within a period of 12 weeks prior to the stay, the entire amount must be paid by means of telephone authorization or by credit card.
3. Do I have a right of withdrawal?
The confirmation or invoice must be checked for accuracy immediately upon receipt. Any errors must be communicated in writing within 10 days of the date of confirmation or invoice and before the commencement of the stay. If a confirmation or invoice has not been received within 10 days of the reservation being made, the office where the reservation was made must be contacted as soon as possible. If the reservation was made through the Internet, contact our Customer Contact Centre on the number 0031 (0)10 498 97 54.
4. How do I pay when I make a booking on the website?
You can pay with your credit card or by means of online banking (manual transfer).

6. Can I send my payment by post?
It is not possible to send your payment by post.
7. Which cards do you accept for payment?
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Euro/Mastercard and American Express.
8. Is there a payment fee?
There is no payment fee.
9. How can I pay with a gift voucher?
Digital voucher When you are booking on the website, you can fill in your digital voucher code when you are at step 5 of the reservation -> payment.
Regular gift voucher When you have a regular gift voucher with a money value, you can make the booking by contacting our Customer Contact Center on the following number 0031 (0)10 498 97 54. We will make a note of the gift voucher number in your booking. You will be advised to make a copy for yourself and to send the original gift voucher with booking number to the following address:

10. What is included in the vottage rental price?

Managing my booking
1. How can I be sure that my booking has been registered?
You will receive the confirmation of your booking on your email address. You can view your reservation details and invoice by logging on to My Center Parcs. We do not send any information by post.
2. How can I change the place/date of my stay?
You can change your booking by contacting the customer contact center on the following number: 0031 (10) 498 97 54.
If you wish to make changes to a booking after it has been made, Center Parcs is not obliged to accept these changes. Center Parcs itself decides whether, and to what degree, these changes will be accepted. For each change to a previously arranged booking up to a maximum of 4 weeks prior to arrival, a charge of €49,50 in amendment costs will be made. These costs will not be charged if you make an additional booking for a more expensive period or villa, or switch to a more expensive period or villa. In principle, changes made later than 4 weeks prior to arrival are not allowed. In the case of a change to a less expensive period or villa, or a partial or total cancellation made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, the total amount of the original hire price will be charged. If you have booked more than one villa and you wish to reduce this number, the annulment conditions as specified under point 11 in the General Terms and Conditions apply.
3. I would like to choose the location of my accomodation.
You can optimize your stay by choosing the location and/or set-up of your accommodation. While making the reservation you find this option at Cottage Services and on the bottom of the page you will find location preference. Preferred location for 1 cottage: € 33, preferred location for 2 u/i 4 cottages: € 44, preferred location for 5 and more cottages: € 55.
At Villages Nature® Paris, to ensure that your holiday is as close as possible to your requirements, you can personally choose the location of your apartment or cottage. On the lakeside, in the centre of the village, next to another? It’s up to you to choose. You can reserve this service when making your reservation.
4. I have a question regarding the payment of my booking
For an overview of your outstanding payments and payments you have already made, log on to My Center Parcs. You can see the total invoice amount as well as the payment status of your invoice under the heading "My booking".

5. Can we come with more people than planned?
The number of people given corresponds to the number of beds available and is the maximum number of occupants allowed.
For safety reasons, it is not possible to accommodate more people. In holiday homes for 4 people or more a child under 2 may be accommodated (with the exception of the homes mentioned in the catalogue which do not have room for a baby bed). The child will sleep in the baby bed.
6. How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking by contacting the Customer Contact Center on the following number +31 (0)10 498 97 54. In the menu you can choose " I want to cancel my booking".

1. Preparing my arrival
On arrival you need to be able to provide us with your booking number and your passport.
Your e-ticket allows you to check in more quickly. The e-ticket is the electronic confirmation that you can print out at home.
Villages Nature® Paris is an innovative destination that likes to keep up with the times, which is why we ask you to check in online before you arrive. This means that you can carry out all your administrative procedures (filling in the information sheet, registering your method of payment, etc.) comfortably from your own chair, without having to do so on site here. In this way you can save time by passing directly through the entrance cabin to obtain your smart bracelets, map, practical information and details about your services.
2. What is the check in time?
The check in time is 15h00.
At Villages Nature® Paris, you can be given your keys from 3.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Don’t forget to register your check-in online to save time when entering the site, so that you can make the most of your accommodation and the rest of the site as soon as possible.
3. What is the check out time?
The check out time is 10h00.
At Villages Nature® Paris, your keys should be returned on the day of your departure: by 10:00 am from Monday to Saturday and by 12:00 pm on Sunday.
4. From what time/until what time can I use the facilities on the day of arrival and departure?
All facilities in the village may be used from 10h00, unless the village is temporarily closed prior to the commencement of your stay. Villas must be vacated before 10h00 on the day of departure for cleaning. All facilities at the village may still be enjoyed for the remainder of that day, unless the village is temporarily closed after the conclusion of your stay.
The vehicles of the clients are formally forbidden in the parks.
Only unloading and loading of luggage are tolerated of arrival and departure days. At the entrance of the park, a free parking is available for the clients.
However, disabled people are allowed to keep their car in front of their cottage, in showing the disability card. Also, the persons who are temporary disabled can have an exceptional authorization. This will be delivered by the park upon arrival.
Villages Nature® Paris : The driving of cars around the Villages Nature® Paris site is prohibited. Only the unloading and loading of luggage is allowed on the day of your arrival or departure. A free car-park is reserved for residents’ cars at the entrance to each village.
Depending on the accommodation that you have reserved, you will have access to between 1 and 4 parking spaces. For one-day visits a car-park is provided outside the site.
6. Are there WiFi hotspots in the villages?

At Villages Nature® Paris, to enable you to stay in touch with your family and friends and to have easy access to our MyVN application, a free Wi-Fi connection is available on site.
7. How can I book arrangements, activities and services on the park?
You can book activities and services at the reception of the park. You can book a cottage delivery in the food market. You can book a table in a restaurant during your stay.
8. What are the Household Rules?
In order to make a stay at the village as pleasant as possible for all guests, it is required that guests adhere to the rules of conduct as stated in the household rules, which may be requested from reception upon arrival.

1. What is covered by the insurance?
Travel insurance by Center Parcs has been tailor made for you in order to provide you with the most suitable coverage in the face of unforeseen events before, during or after your stay at Center Parcs.
Choose from the following and travel well protected,
- Cancellation Pack - Total Protection Pack
The insurance covers all the accommodation occupants, even if you’re not a member of the same family!
With the Cancellation Pack you will be refunded the cancellation fees already paid according to the scale fixed in the terms and conditions of sale and conditions of insurance, if you can no-longer make your stay at Center Parcs for any justified reason. And this without excess charge in the event of illness, accident, professional incident or serious material damage.
The Total Protection Pack includes cancellation insurance but also a range of guarantees that protect you vis-à-vis unforeseen events during and after your stay.
- Compensation for the interruption of your stay/activities if you should leave earlier to be at a sick relative’s bedside, or if there’s an incident at your home. Or again, if there is a problem with your baggage. - Compensation if you were not able to take advantage of the first few days of your stay. - Assistance (repatriation, medical costs, visit of loved ones if hospitalised, replacement driver, etc.) - Vehicle assistance, liability insurance, etc.

For a cancellation, the following conditions apply:
a) For a cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the stay, 30% of the rental amount is due, with a minimum amount of € 150.00. b) For cancellations within 4 weeks prior to commencement of the stay, the full rental amount is due. c) The full booking amount is due in the event of early departure.
Payment of the amounts stipulated under a, b, and c are due within a period of 14 days after the date of the invoice.
3. I did not add an insurance.
Our Total Protection insurance pack subscribed with Europ Assistance covers you in the event of cancellation or unforeseen events during your stay. Insurance cannot be added after your booking has been made. The insurance premium must be paid in full at the time of booking and is not refundable under any circumstances.
