Is it possible to arrive before/later that 3pm? Yes.The accommodations are ready to receive guests from 3pm. However, you can still access and enjoy the park from opening time at 10am or arrive later than 3pm. There will be a 24/7 staff presence at the gates to manage late arrivals. To facilitate the process of arrivals, please make sure to check-in before arriving on site.Is the check in mandatory?
If you have booked via a third party (tour operator, travel agency, your employer) or if you are an owner, you will receive a specific email before your arrival with a link to create your account and proceed to your check-in.

Villages Nature® Paris is an application dedicated to guests who have booked a stay or are currently on holiday at Villages Nature® Paris
The purpose of our Villages Nature® Paris application is to help you prepare your stay and to ensure your holiday is the best it can be while you are here, by providing access to all the information about your village.We regularly update the application to ensure a better user experience and provide you with new features.
What features are available?
The App is available for smartphones and tablets (Android and iOS) on Apple Store and Google Play. It is not available on Windows Phone. The app is free to download and is available in European countries, Russia, China and the United States. Which languages is the application available in? The app is available in French, English, Dutch and German.How do I log into the application? To log in, use the username and password that you created for your account when booking your holiday on the web. If you still don’t have an account, you can register you can register via http://www.villagesnature.com then "My account". If you have booked via a third party (tour operator, travel agency, your employer) or if you are an owner, an email will be sent to you with a form to proceed to your check-in and you will be able to access to all functionalities of the application that are visible not logged. Can I use the application without a username?
Villages Nature® Paris aims to help our guests during or when preparing their stay. The application thus provides the following features:
- Check-in: It is mandatory before your arrival to Villages Nature® Paris. The application shall therefore enable you, prior to your stay, to sign in using the login information provided during your booking and check-in in a few seconds.
- Activities: View the schedule and list of activities. Activities can only be booked in logged-in mode (before and during your stay)
- Catering: View information on our restaurants.
- Useful information: You can view information about the village, such as the opening times of its facilities, maps and contact details (before and during your stay)
- Services: Services can be booked when logged in, before your stay
- Site Map: Available at any time to help you find your way through the village
- Booking details: Only accessible when logged in (Before or during the stay)
- Payment of the balance: You can settle the balance before your arrival on site
How can I download the application?
When and how can I book activities through the application?
If you cannot log into the application, you can still access the following information and functions:
- Activities: access the activity list and schedule, as well as the description and useful information for each activity
- Catering: access the list of restaurants and information about them (description, menu, opening times, etc.)
- Useful information: access information about the village, such as opening times of its facilities, maps and contact details (before and during your stay)
- Site Map
You need an internet connection and log-in the first time you use the app to download as much content as possible. This content is then available offline. We recommend that you download the application before arriving to avoid any network problems. Note that, you need an internet connection to book services and activities and generate the e-ticket.How do I check in online via the app?To check in online, you need to log in and go to the "MY STAY" tab. Then click on "MY CHECK-IN" and fill in the required information. After all the guests staying in your accommodation have been registered, you can generate your e-ticket The e-ticket will remain available in the application at all times.Why can’t I generate my e-ticket?
Booking an activity implies that you have already booked your stay at Villages Nature® Paris. Once logged in, you shall be able to book one or several activities by clicking on the “My village” tab and “Your activities”.
It is possible to book an activity via the App as early as six weeks before the start of and throughout your stay.
Once in “My village”:
1. Click on "The activities” in order to visualise the activities available
2. Click on the desired activity
3. Click on “Booking”
4. Enter the required information
5. Add to basket Choose “CONTINUE SHOPPING” or “GO TO CHECKOUT”
7. To finalise your order, tick the “I accept the terms & conditions” box
8. Once your order has been finalised, select your method of payment
9. Enter your payment details
10. Confirm payment
11. Once payment has been confirmed, a pop-up will acknowledge receipt
The app will generate a electronic ticket that can be retrieved at any time in the “MY STAY” section by clicking on “MY TICKETS”. The ticket must be presented in order to participate in the activity.
Your purchase can be consulted in the “MY STAY” section of the app when signed in by clicking on “MY BOOKING”, as well as in your personal “MY CENTER PARCS” space.
Can I access the content without an Internet connection?
You may not be able to generate an e-ticket for two reasons:
1/ You have not filled in all the information about yourself and your fellow travellers. To do this, simply follow the steps detailed in the app.
2/ If you have not paid the remaining amount of your booking. You may do so in your space My Center site or directly via the App by going to the tab “My stay”, “My booking” and pay the balance.
ACTIVITIESAre all activities accessible to persons with reduced mobility?
Are pets allowed?Yes, only Cats and Dogs (not more than 2 per housing) are allowed. Pets need to be declared during the booking process for safety purpose and because a fee will apply.TRANSPORTAre cars allowed on site?Villages Nature® Paris is a "car-free" site. Giving priority to green traffic on site (bikes, footpaths and horse paths, etc.), you will be invited to park your car at the parking and enjoy the site by foot, bike or using the shuttles for the rest of your stay.Is there any fees to park my car?

. VILLAGE PASSHow to use my Village pass?
When you arrive you'll be given a wristband called Village Pass which will allow you to enjoy perfect freedom during your stay. Indeed, your Village Pass provides access to:
- Your accommodation
- The Aqualagon – it also works as your locker key
- Activities and services you have reserved at reception or via your app
Is there a specific place to return the Village Pass?
Yes, you can return your Village Pass at the exit of the park. A box will be at your disposal for that and all the information contained in the wristband will be resetted at the end of your stay.CATERINGIs Half Board or Bed and Breakfast option possible?
At the moment, Villages Nature® Paris only offers walk in seating options.Is it possible to buy breakfast locally in a restaurant or as a ‘takeaway’ product?
Yes, many options are offered to the clients such as Franprix, Boulangerie Meunier, etc.

Not at the moment.STAYDo I have to park my car at my arrival ? How do I take my luggage to my accommodation? Can I take the car to the cottage to put my luggage in it and then park the car at the entrance?
Yes, you can take the car to your accommodation to drop your luggage, and then park the car in the corresponding parking. For the Cocoon appartments (Lakeside promenade), you need to park and then carry your luggage to your appartment.
If you have booked an accommodation with 1 or 2 rooms => 1 parking space is included in the price of your stay
If you have booked an accommodation with 3 or 4 rooms => 2 parking space is included in the price of your stay
If you have booked an accommodation with 5 or 6 rooms => 3 parking space is included in the price of your stay
Any additional parking space will be charged at the arrival at 15€/day
